I went in for a facelift consultation, and when I asked whether it would be ineffective if they did not dissect the SMAS, they said, then don't do it ... haha. Yes, I won't. I know they're doing surgery to make money, but this was too much. It's expensive too, considering they don't dissect the SMAS, and even the event price is high.
