The consultation was too focused on the consultant. The consultant almost felt like the one performing the surgery... so that was a little disappointing, and I wanted something natural, but they kept telling me to make it more pronounced, so I do not think it suited me very well. I saw the nose surgery photos, and to my standards the unnatural feeling was quite strong.
