It has already been about 10 years since I had hump nose surgery here. Of course, a lot has probably changed and improved by now, but based on my experience back then, after the nose surgery there was some blood pooling above the bridge of the nose, so they drew it out with a syringe, and the swelling was quite significant. Fortunately, the result was not too bad, but the hump was not shaved down completely. The director and staff at the time were kind.
