I had made a consultation appointment by phone less than a week in advance and visited, but they said it had not been booked at all, so I was flustered. I was grateful that the director consulted me right away, but the staff did not seem to be in an actively responsive mood, so I felt awkward for no reason. The director is really, really good. There is no separate manager, and the consultation proceeds with the director from start to finish, so if you have questions, it is best to ask everything. As others said, they approach things very conservatively, so I felt they were honest, but people who want additional surgical methods may be dissatisfied. There are not many reviews on the app or here, so get a lot of help from the cafe run by the director.
