When I went, I went straight into the consultation without waiting and spoke with the director right away. The director adjusted the line several times and even measured with a protractor and ruler, so the consultation was thorough. Their way of speaking was gentle too. I was recommended an incision plus eye correction, and since I felt the price range was reasonable, this was my top choice until the final clinic. The manager was also kind, and there was no pressure to book, so it was a clinic I visited with a calm mind.
