The director is kind. Very kind. But kindness and skill are separate things, right? The surgical skill is really..... there was double-folding, lumpy scar tissue, the eye-opening correction wasn't done properly, and they cut the skin without consent, so I ended up with an extremely unnatural eye. And unlike other hospitals, they suggest doing AS early, but doing AS when it hasn't even healed yet is truly incomprehensible.
