I had a consultation and they were incredibly kind and did not recommend anything else. They said they had also worked at a specialized burn hospital, so I thought I did not need to worry about scarring and felt trust that even if something went wrong, they would take responsibility until the end. But there are not many canthoplasty photos, so I am still thinking about it.
