The doctor is professional and explains only what is necessary, clearly. They were not especially warm, but they explained everything I wanted to know very well. I went for a consultation for functional rhinoplasty because of a deviated septum, and I was satisfied with the consultation. As others have said, I think the doctor does have a slightly strong personality. The coordinator was very kind and explained the self-pay claim process clearly, which I liked.
