I had a consultation with the director in September. When I visited the clinic, it had a quiet atmosphere, and the staff welcomed me kindly and even offered me tea. It was the first clinic like that. Once the consultation with the director started, he showed a very confident attitude and explained the procedures needed for my nose in order. The consultation with the manager also continued in a generally pleasant atmosphere, which was nice. However, I was a little disappointed that there wasn't much explanation about what kind of nose I have and why those procedures were necessary.
