First of all, the director isn't the type to greet you with a smile and be especially warm and friendly, but he is definitely kind enough, and every time I visited he personally checked my condition. The consultation was professional too, of course. The clinic facilities are neat, but the gown I wore during the consultation smelled a bit musty. Other than that, I'm satisfied!
