I got this done when Pretty had just opened and was running a lot of events, so it was a very inexpensive case. I chose Mentor implants and went through the underarm approach. At first they were kind, but over the year and a half I kept coming back because of underarm scar issues, and they seemed to get more and more tired. Anyway, they felt completely different from the first impression. It has been about three years since the underarm scar, and the left side still has the surgical mark exactly as it was.. But they also performed scar removal surgery, and for a year and a half they did Fraxel regularly
