They accurately understood the condition of my eyes and explained things clearly, with no pressure at all. Honestly, they treated the patient with such sincerity that I even wondered whether they could actually make enough to pay the rent. Most consultations are over in 5 minutes, but here they talked with me for 30 minutes, and I liked that they listened to my story and clearly told me what could be done and what could not.
