The manager is super friendly. The director also explained everything in detail, down to the mechanism. What really surprised me was that the price was so cheap.. Aftercare seemed good too. Still, something about it didn't pull me in, so I haven't decided yet.. The line was recommended as 8 mm in-out. They said eyelid correction and things like that weren't necessary, which gave me confidence.
