First of all, the director was so busy I only seemed to see him for 3 minutes. The issue was that I wanted only the under-eye area, but they recommended partial incision lower blepharoplasty plus fat grafting. The under-eye procedure is supposed to align the horizontal line, but with the added balance cost and the discount only if I booked that day, I got swept up and put down money, though it seems like I won't end up having the surgery.
