I went in for a lower eyelid fat repositioning consultation. The director did not come out, and the counselor came instead and diagnosed everything like a doctor, saying I would need this and that... I was so taken aback that I asked whether the counselor normally made the diagnosis and whether the director was supposed to see me and do it, and they said they had performed a lot of surgeries with the director, so their own diagnosis and the director's diagnosis were almost the same. They also said their director focuses on surgery, so they cannot spend that long on consultations, so I ended up talking almost only with the counselor.
