Both the consultation manager and the two doctors were kind, but there was a lot of encouragement to put down a deposit on the day because it would be cheaper. There wasn't much pressure to get additional procedures, but I thought there was a lack of extra explanation about the surgery process and aftercare. There was also a big cost difference between the director famous for under-eye surgery and the other doctor.
