I had buccal fat removal and liposuction on the chin and cheeks. Compared with before, my face did become slimmer, but now that I am older, I have so little fat in my face that I also look older. I am considering whether I should do fat grafting again. The hospital was not super friendly, but it was not uncomfortable either.
