It was about 7 years after the surgery, so I do not remember it very well, but the fat has decreased a lot, and even now I do not have a double chin. The doctor was not very friendly and felt a bit off, but the surgical result is pretty good. There is no swelling, or you could say there was almost none. Even right after surgery, the swelling was less than where the original fat had been. But the area below the lip line could not be operated on, because from the lip line to the chin tip it was said to be impossible due to nerves, so the lower face is a bit unbalanced. I looked around for substitutes and for surgery, procedures, and so on .. it was exhausting. For people without fat around the lips and chin, I strongly recommend it. Especially, you will never get a double chin ..
