Because my mom kept feeling stressed about her eyes sagging, I searched online and booked a consultation at a place said to be popular for facelifts. The clinic was clean overall! The wait was short too, maybe 5 minutes? 10 minutes? That was nice (at some places, even if you make a reservation, you still wait at least 30 minutes, but things moved right along here). The director calmly checked her condition and explained carefully what was causing the problems she was feeling now, and what surgery would be needed to solve them. I went there just to get a rough idea, not because I was ready to have surgery right away, but I was satisfied. The staff were kind too ^^
