While going around for forehead lift consultations, the system felt very pushy, with the manager insisting that it had to be done on the same day for this price. I wanted to get the lift done, so I went ahead. About a month after the surgery, when I told them that the image I had in mind was very different, when I brought it up to the manager after the surgery, they did not show their face, saying they were busy, and when I expressed my concerns, they made gestures as if they were sick of it, while pushing the staff member who had performed the surgery to the front. The same was true of the director. They said it would settle down after 3 to 6 months, so I waited, but my face stayed the same even after several months. I have given up and plan to get revision surgery at another clinic.
