I had a forehead lift consultation last November, and there was an event on the website at the time. I applied for that and went in for the consultation. There was one chief director, and the wait was about 20 minutes. My eyes and forehead were both sagging, so I always felt tired when opening my eyes, and the forehead wrinkles were really bothering me. No matter how I thought about it, I didn't think eyelid correction would improve this, so I went for a consultation through a friend's introduction. First of all, the director himself had huge pride in his surgical skills. He explained things well, and if I felt like he was just giving me a cursory look, that person would probably be a very fragile type. Anyway, the manager did not pressure me either. I felt it was clearly divided: the director handles the surgery, and the manager explains the pricing.
