It seems there wasn't a separate consultation manager, and I only consulted with the doctor from start to finish! They lifted the tissue with a cotton swab to show me, and also explained things by placing silicone and writing things down with a pen, which was easy to understand and nice. I liked that they only do one surgery per day.
