I went to 4 places for consultations and got consultations for both eyes and nose, but here I’ll only write about the eye part.
My requirement for my eyes was naturalness. I felt like even making them just a little more flashy would completely change the vibe, so for canthoplasty, I only asked whether an epicanthoplasty was needed. Other canthoplasties weren’t even under consideration unless they were necessary, so I didn’t ask about them either.
1. Kㅇ They said my current natural double eyelid lines include an inner double eyelid and a thicker line, and if the line is set somewhere in the middle, it would likely become a defined line. A slight epicanthoplasty is needed, but because my eyes might look too close together, and since my lacrimal caruncles are somewhat visible, widening more would probably be noticeable. It seems better to do the eyes and nose first and do the epicanthoplasty separately later. They said I also look fine without double eyelids.

2. ㅇㅇㄹㅁ My face itself is fine. It would be better to only do the eyes; the eyes themselves are pretty. For eyes, they recommended Director Lee Bo-hyung. Recommended in-out line / slightly recommended upper canthoplasty. Epicanthoplasty is necessary. Possible with non-incisional surgery. The eyes should turn out very well. I do need epicanthoplasty, but I’m unsure. Decide again during the consultation with Director Lee Bo-hyung. Lifting would probably be more effective than nose surgery. Thread lifting about once a year. Because my skin is thin, there is a feeling of sagging. Recommended combination lifting.

The thread lifting recommendation was a bit flustering. (A dermatology clinic had said that because my skin is thin, thread lifting would leave thread marks.) Consultation fee free
3. ㅂㄴㄴ Different directors for eyes and nose. They tested about 4 lines to check which one looked good. My eye-opening strength is good. The hollowing above my eyes should also improve. If my eyes become more sunken, consider fat grafting. For under-eye fat repositioning, the director only explained it because the consultant recommended it. Non-incisional is possible, no ptosis correction needed. If I do epicanthoplasty, the inner corners would open slightly, but it seems fine not to do it.

4. ㄷㄷㅇ The staff member wasn’t good at taking photos. The director checked the thickness while setting the line. They said my double eyelids are pretty. They set the line slightly higher than I expected. Canthoplasty is optional. I have slight Mongolian folds, but not enough to interfere. Since I don’t have much fat and don’t have sagging skin, natural adhesion alone suits me well. My eyes are good for double eyelid surgery and would become pretty. Recommended under-eye fat repositioning.

All 4 places talked about non-incisional buried-suture natural adhesion, and they all said ptosis correction wasn’t needed and epicanthoplasty could be done or skipped.
So without hesitation, I decided to only get double eyelid surgery with non-incisional buried sutures, and leave canthoplasty for later consideration. I already got double eyelid surgery at one of the places I consulted.
It’s only been a few days, and I think the result isn’t bad.
