The price was for both functional nose surgery and cosmetic nose surgery. They said the price was higher because the chief director performed the surgery. I had hump reduction, the nasal bridge (silicone), the tip (septum, ear cartilage), columella correction, and functional procedures (septoplasty and submucous resection of the inferior turbinate mucosa). The consultation manager was kind, and above all, seemed to know a lot. They explained everything well, listened carefully to the area that hurts for me, and the consultation with the director was probably the longest of all the places I visited! They kindly understood my needs and gave examples.
