I had surgery 2 years ago. The director was kind and very confident, but they said I would need a forehead lift if I wanted it natural. And the day before surgery, or maybe the day before that, they said I would need an inner canthoplasty, so I was taken aback, but because it was expensive I believed it would be done well. I didn't really have a specific style I wanted, and I believed it would be done naturally and well. But the result was sausage-like, overfixed, and the inner canthoplasty caused under-eye wrinkles, plus vertical wrinkles that show every time I close my eyes. Every time I look in the mirror, I get furious. I had the forehead lift to make it look natural, but I ended up with eyes that look obviously operated on, and I don't know why I even did it. As a bonus, even now, 2 years later, I have headaches from the aftereffects of surgery. It itches. They also said they didn't set the eye line too high. They said there would definitely be no wrinkles from the inner canthoplasty. They say it's due to aging.
