I went in expecting the facelift consultation the most, but I was the most disappointed T_T Especially the director gave the consultation very carelessly. Rather than feeling professional, it just felt like everything was a hassle to them. They answered when I asked, but they looked so tired and formal that I just thought I shouldn't do it.
