I wanted to fill in the sunken area, but the director said silicone had to be used, and that ear cartilage would also have to be used, and that the dorsal hump would need to be shaved down a little too. I didn’t want to have surgery on that many areas, and rather than doing a flashy operation, I wanted to naturally fill only the sunken area, so it didn’t seem like a good fit for me, so I went to another hospital
