A really kind clinic. The director was also much kinder than I expected and explained things a lot. He honestly told me my nose was a difficult one, and like the reviews said, he seemed safety-oriented and conservative in what he said. Also, the manager was unbelievably kind.. I really felt like they were worried with me and thinking things through with me.. After the consultation here, I agonized over it and ultimately decided not to have the surgery, but I thought it was the right decision for myself.. The staff were also very kind.
