What I felt after the consultation with the director was: The first impression was that he looked very strict, so I thought that if I had surgery, he would probably be very meticulous. He took a CT and looked at things from different angles, but I definitely did not feel he was particularly kind. Strangely, maybe because he was not feeling well, he sighed a lot. So I felt too intimidated to ask many questions, and the consultation ended. After that, I talked with the consultation manager. On the contrary, the consultation manager was kind, and I could feel a lot of professionalism from them. Maybe it's just me, but if I were to allow photos to be used as a model after surgery, they said the discount would be bigger than I expected, and that somehow left me with an uneasy feeling, so I do not plan to have surgery at this hospital.
