I had plastic surgery at Ino after consultations at three specialized lower-eyelid fat repositioning clinics. I didn't see a big effect, but I think I would have gotten exactly this level of result anywhere I went. I was worried about sterilization because the hospital is small, but they seem to handle that very neatly, and if I contact them about anything worrying after surgery, they reply quickly, so in terms of follow-up care I think it's decent.
