After lower eyelid fat repositioning, I ended up with hollowness under the eyes. One side was so severe that I went in because I had developed a diagonal band, and they told me to get fat grafting.
It didn’t happen equally on both sides; only one side is bad, so it’s really stressful.
I haven’t done it yet because there are so many posts about fat grafting complications.
