This was my very first consultation in my life, and I first spoke with the consultation manager. I didn't really think they were especially kind, and after talking for about 20 minutes, the doctor came in. I don't know if they were really in a hurry that day or not, but they talked very quickly and left again in less than 5 minutes? The consultation wasn't good, so I didn't go through with the surgery
