After consultations at a few places, I ended up getting the procedure done at Inno. The director and manager were kind and gave me a very professional consultation. There was no separate washing room, so I washed my face in the bathroom, and there was a towel rack right next to the urinal, which felt pretty unhygienic.. Also, the nurse in the operating room was on her phone during the pre-op prep, then got scolded by someone who looked like a senior staff member. And after the surgery, my under-eye taping was only done after I mentioned it.
