It's been 5 years since the surgery.. I had fat repositioning and also fat grafting to the front cheek area at the same time. I think the consultation and the surgical direction were carried out the way the patient wanted. My aegyo-sal used to be really thick, but as I got older it sagged and became puffy, so that was why I had surgery. Still, it's a bit disappointing that the thick aegyo-sal was cut in half.
