The staff consultation took 30 minutes, and the director consultation was over in 2 minutes. The staff decided on the surgical area and even the surgical method, so when I said I would decide after talking with the director, they clearly showed that they were upset. And apparently the "usual" thing is to discuss the surgical method and details with the staff lol The director consultation was also really careless, and when I kept trying to ask questions, they were already getting up from the chair and about to leave, so I just ended it there. There are so many good hospitals in Gangnam that I do not want surgery at a place like this, so I am definitely going to avoid it.
