I went in for an eye consultation, and the waiting time was extremely long, while the consultation with the director was short. I had a long consultation with the manager, and she was kind, which I liked. It seems like they always have a lot of patients. If you go for a consultation, there is a high chance you may not get more than 5 minutes with the doctor. T_T
