I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment, and there were already many patients by then. I had also been to other clinics, but this being a plastic surgery clinic made a difference. Even though there were many people, it was not chaotic; everything moved in a very organized way. And I got to consult directly with the director! Hearing the procedure explanation directly from the director definitely felt different from an ordinary clinic. From preparation to anesthesia to the procedure, everything was completed smoothly without a long wait. Even back when I got lip fillers, they did the same thing here: they do not really use anesthetic cream and instead use anesthetic injections. They said anesthetic cream is not good for the skin, so they do it with injections.
