I opened the app at [Clinic A] and saw they are running an event for "forehead implant removal"? Just a few years ago they were doing quick forehead and custom-bone forehead surgeries with forehead implant insertion, and now it's an implant removal event... haha. It's ironic. More and more places are doing implant removal too, but as someone who had surgery there, I feel kind of heavy-hearted.
I had paid extra for the custom-bone procedure there, and because of a side effect I was advised to have it removed. They also charge separately for removal, and even the app event price is more expensive ^^; In the end I didn't do it there. They were kind, but the explanation felt vague... they didn't give very detailed explanations, and after thinking about it I ended up getting the removal somewhere else.
I guess implant surgery itself was a surgery that should never have been done. On the [Clinic B] app, only semi-permanent reviews show up? Now I'm even getting confused about what kind of hospital this is.
If you are going to have surgery here, please make sure the doctor is a specialist, and no matter what surgery you get, please research it carefully first.
When I first had the implant surgery, there was no app yet and there were lots of reviews on cafes, but thinking about it now...... I regret that I trusted the reviews and went ahead with it.
