When I showed a few photos of the line I wanted during the consultation, the surgeon took one look and immediately explained the possible direction based on my face, which I liked. This was the last clinic I visited, and they assessed me with the most insight, so I suddenly felt that I had finally found the clinic to entrust my nose to. Other places mainly explained the bridge, but at Dream I could tell they also considered the tip, overall balance, and harmony. I wanted a natural-looking line, but I had a very clear desired impression and found it difficult to explain. The surgeon here understood it immediately, which was surprising and a relief. They explained each point clearly so I could understand what kind of surgery would create the look I wanted, which made me trust them. They did not recommend materials blindly; they explained why each material would suit my nose, so I felt no pressure. I liked it enough to set a date, and since they are famous for natural-looking results, my expectations are even higher. I want to get it done soon.
