Since aegyo-sal only appears when I smile, I went to get filler for the first time. They showed me several photos and asked what kind of look I wanted when filling the area, and they injected it well without pain. So I am extremely satisfied with the result, but both sides are slightly uneven, so I am deliberating whether to get a touch-up. The Gangnam Unni app says a touch-up is included, but when I consulted at the clinic, the contract contained a clause saying they do not provide touch-ups.
