I really relate to the other comments saying that something does not draw them in. I do not feel drawn to it either. They seemed professional. At another hospital, they touched my eye bones and explained the eye structure, including that if the double eyelid were made along this line, one side could become an in-out fold and the other a semi fold. At this hospital, however, they said the line would be decided on the day of surgery, which felt a little off. I have a certain line in mind when consulting, but they did not mention in-out, semi-out, or similar options, and when I brought up the line, they said it would be decided that day! They do not push exaggerated recommendations.
