The coordinator advised against lowering the eye line, while the surgeon showed me Lee Yeon-hee’s eyes and said it was possible, but that I would need double-line creation instead. They also said they would remove fat from my upper eyelids and perform fat repositioning because my skin is thick. For the nose, they said I have no rhinitis, but suggested alar reduction. My nose is deviated, but they said it does not need correction. They said I would need columella correction, bulbous-nose correction, and nasolabial angle correction. When I asked about osteotomy, they said they would not do it. They said surgery including harvesting autologous rib cartilage would take five hours, and there is no anesthesiology professor, so they would use sedation anesthesia. The coordinator’s position was to do only the nose, not the eyes. The nose alone costs 6.19 million won. Because of the alar reduction, they said there would be an incision beside the nostril that would remain noticeable for some time, and they would reshape the nostrils too. They said they would make the nasolabial angle acute, whereas another place said it would make it obtuse. They also said they would create a straight-natural line with a slight curve. They said eye-opening correction is unnecessary because my opening strength is weak and there is no need to do it anyway. They said I could have lower and lateral canthoplasty if I wanted.
