My older sister had double eyelid surgery here, and it turned out just okay, neither especially good nor bad. At one point, her eyes would not close properly when she slept, so she went back to the hospital. I remember them apologizing and saying they would do it again. The doctor is not especially good at double eyelid surgery, but I understand that he was kind.
