Do I absolutely have to use it? I do not want silicone because it looks so obvious T_T. These days they also use autologous costal cartilage, implants, or diced cartilage; would those not work? This is really giving me a headache. Having nose surgery is ridiculously difficult. I do not know why there are so many hospitals, and for a man's nose I have not found anywhere that makes me think, this is the place! So far I have only found ALYU, Jeijun, and Human. Should I just visit these places? If anyone succeeded using only autologous costal cartilage without silicone, please tell me the hospital T_T
