Several years after surgery, my nose gradually started to feel shorter, and now I even have inflammation, so I am looking into revision surgery I did not like the shape originally, and developing contracture has made it extremely stressful. For now, I am looking at three clinics: [Clinic A], [Clinic B], and [Clinic C]. While researching [Clinic A], I heard they examine everything in detail with CT and endoscopy. Since I currently have inflammation, I think they need to inspect the inside of the nose carefully too Is autologous costal cartilage absolutely necessary for a contracted-nose revision?
