I had surgery to raise the corners of my mouth about three or four years ago!! I did not research enough because I had heard that this surgery leaves a lot of scarring, and I think I ended up spending more on scar care afterward. The surgical result was not bad. However, because I initially chose a natural result, the corners gradually drooped again, and now they are slightly raised. The two sides are shaped a little differently, but as time passed, it stopped bothering me. Scarring is the biggest issue with mouth-corner surgery, so I hope only people who are unconcerned about scars choose to have it.
