I liked that it was done through a closed approach, but ultimately the step was severe and only the tip of my nose became longer. Seeing that many people turned out well, I guess it simply did not suit me. During follow-up visits, I felt that the doctor did not like consultations becoming lengthy, and I felt self-conscious even while asking questions. For almost every question, the doctor said it was due to swelling and would improve with time, which was ironic because before surgery I had been told that minimal swelling was an advantage of the closed method. Even now, after quite some time, my nose shape is unchanged, so ultimately it was not swelling either. The hospital facilities are clean, and the staff are moderately kind.
