As soon as I sat down, the director looked at my eyes and immediately designed the crease line. They explained what kind of image I might have after double-eyelid surgery and asked why I still had not had it done ...! In fact, I came for a consultation partly because of eye discomfort, rather than because I specifically wanted a sharply defined double-eyelid crease, so I was disappointed that they proceeded without identifying that point. When I asked questions afterward, they explained things well. I actually had not been sure, but they confidently recommended a crease line and surgical method. They speak rather quickly, but were extremely kind!!
