It is really natural and does not look like anything was done. If you only want to improve the flaws, this seems like a good place to go. But if you want a flashy, slim nose, I would not recommend it. A few months after the implant, inflammation developed and I had the silicone removed, which broke my heart. I do not know whether it was the doctor's skill, but I felt like the money was a bit wasted.
