I went there after making a consultation appointment, but the person before me had a long consultation, so I waited about 40 minutes. It would be better to leave plenty of room in your schedule and visit with that waiting time in mind. The consultation with the director was really good. He explained things carefully and adjusted the double eyelid line several times until it felt right. At another hospital, they had recommended ptosis correction, but here the director said my eye-opening strength was fine and that the skin was just covering it, so he recommended buried double-eyelid surgery instead. I could feel that he was confident in his skill. The female manager was also kind and helpful, which was nice.
